No kettle in rooms!!! Shower doors not closing properly!!! Limited local dining options and insufficient transportation information!!! Small size of some rooms made it challenging to move around comfortably!!!

i was utterly disappointed after expecting red-carpet treatment. no kettle in the room made mornings a hassle, and the breakfast was beyond limited, basically the same every day. plus, where was my welcome gift? it’s laughable that i almost thought of giving a good review but couldn't, really. room for improvement? absoluteley.

Loved the close proximity to some awesome dining spots like Casa Angel for delicious tapas and Guanabara By El Rodizio’s hearty barbecue! Rooms were spacious with a big bed, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

While there are some remote vibes around, which means less dining variety nearby, we just reminded ourselves that we were here for the adventure. Also, no actual closets or drawers was a surprise!

The staff showed remarkable kindness during our stay. The breakfast options were diverse and delectable. The metro station was just a short walk away for easy city access.

A lovely stay at Dwo Yuste Alcala! The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a big bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a variety of options including freshly made egg dishes and tasty pastries. With a metro station just a short walk away, accessing Madrid was a breeze.

Located just a short walk from the Metro, it made exploring Madrid convenient. The breakfast was delightful, especially thanks to the attentive staff, although there were minor ups and downs with room service.

The hotel is brand new and very clean, just a two-minute walk to the metro, making it perfect for exploring. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially towards my elderly relatives who had language barriers.

The room was a bit too hot at night despite the AC being off, which affected my sleep.

The Family Double Room was cozy and super clean, which made us feel right at home. The big beds were a highlight for sure! Bathroom was spacious and well-stocked. Plus, we appreciated the daily housekeeping keeping things tidy. Nice quiet area too, perfect for getting some sleep after our long day out. Just wished the room was a bit bigger, and there wasn’t much to do beyond the basics in the hotel. But for us, it worked out really well.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast made our short stay enjoyable, especially with the convenient location just a quick walk from the Metro.
